Contract for Sale
The advertising of products on this site is an 'invitation to treat'. That means your order is an offer, not a contract of sale between you and PPG4KIDS, so prices and stock availability won't be contractually confirmed until you receive the 'confirmation of order' email sent once credit card authorisation has been confirmed and stock levels have been checked.These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by PPG4KIDS on the site, which we may make from time to time. In particular, nothing said by any representative of PPG4KIDS will operate as a variation to these terms and conditions or constitutes a legal representation on behalf of them.
Receipt of Order
PPG4KIDS must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once your credit card has been authorised and stock is checked, PPG4KIDS will send you an email receipt confirming your order. Please keep this receipt for your records. PPG4KIDS reserve the right to refuse to supply to any person for whatever reason.Cancellations and Exchanges
If you realised you made a mistake and want to cancel your order, please contact us. Since we despatch quickly it may not be possible to stop your order so please follow the instructions for Returning a Product in those instances. Exchanges work in the same way. It will be faster to re-order a product rather than send it back for an exchange, so please follow the above instructions while you order the product you would like instead. We realise this means two transactions on your credit card but feel it is faster for you to get the product you would like.Defective and Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 10 days. Customer Services will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by delivering another item, replacing your order or refunding the amount paid.Sale - Terms and Conditions
Goods offered at sale price on the PPG4KIDS web site may have been on sale in another PPG4KIDS store at the higher price for a period of no less than 28 days.Payment & Taxes
We accept online payments in a secure environment. Currently we accept various forms of payment like bank transfers (Euro or Pound Sterling), Debit or Credit cards and PayPal via Worldpay, All transactions are shown in Euro (€). All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in Euro (€) and where appropriate are inclusive of proper sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EU then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 23%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.Cool off Period
Customers are legally entitled to cancel an order within 7 working days of receipt of the product and to return it for a full refund.Return Policy
We have a 30 day return policy.If you change your mind, or if any of our products fall below the standard you would expect and you want to return the item, please notify us within 30 days from the date of purchase so we can issue you with our information and return address. All postage charges are non refundable. On return of the item within 30 days of original receipt the customer will receive a refund less applicable postage charges. We aim to process your refund via PayPal within 7 working days of receiving the goods, providing they are undamaged and in a re-sellable condition.
Any damages must be reported to us within 24 hours for us to raise any claims with our courier. Any claims after 24 hours may be dismissed from a claim. We are fully compliant with the Distance Selling regulations.
All items must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in a re-sellable condition.
It is up to the buyer to pay back the postage unless specifically agreed beforehand. This is set on all our listings.
Our right is to reject your order or cancel a contract.
We may update our Site from time to time, and may change the content at any time. Please note that content on our Site may not always be up to date, and we are not obliged to update it. We try not to post inaccurate information on our Site, but we cannot guarantee that our Site, or its content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.
Fulfillment of all orders on the Website is subject to availability. We explicitly reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel a Contract by written notice to you in the following situations, without being liable for any damage or costs other than repayment of any amount received from you in relation to the Contract we have cancelled:
- the product is not available / in stock;
- your billing information is not correct or not verifiable;
- your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud;
- you are under 16;
- you are a reseller;
- there was a clear error in the price displayed on the Website;
- we could not deliver to the address provided by you;
- in the event of clear misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the Website information.
