Can you deliver anywhere?

Almost! We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes and certain countries where we cannot guarantee the status of recipients

How do you deliver and how much will it cost?

Please check the delivery time provided for each item. However, we always strive to deliver every single order as quickly as possible. During busy periods, there may be a slight delay, but we will make every effort to dispatch your goods promptly. Please note that working days exclude holidays and weekends. International orders will be dispatched using GLS, UPS, DPD, DHL or FedEx and delivered through your local courier service. Typically, international orders take 1-2 weeks for delivery, but in exceptional circumstances, it may take up to 4 weeks.

Can my order be delivered to a different address from my billing address?

Yes, it can. You will find an option to choose a different delivery address during the checkout process. You can also save multiple addresses for a quicker checkout process, the next time you shop.

Is there VAT on my order?

There is no VAT on Children’s clothing, footwear or belts. Other products carry VAT at the standard rate. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable.

What should I do if I don't like the color or no longer want the item?

If you wish to return an item from your order, please do so within 28 days from the date of delivery. Non-faulty items being returned from and outside the EU are to be returned at the customer's expense and risk. We recommend obtaining a certificate of postage in all cases to ensure tracking in the event the parcel goes missing.

Before returning an order, please contact our Customer Service Team via email at [email protected] and include your details and order number in the email.

We are happy to provide a refund or exchange for any product purchased from our online store, as long as:

It is returned within 28 days of delivery.
It is returned in its original, unused condition and packaging.
You provide valid proof of purchase.
If you require a refund, it will be processed promptly, usually within 3-8 business days, provided that the item is in its original condition and all the information mentioned above is received. The original price will be credited back to the source of payment used for the initial purchase. If there are any issues with your refund, a member of our customer service team will contact you.
